6. Photography and Video Recording During Services

Video Recording During Services

From time to time, Scoops Pooper Scoopers may photograph or record video of our employees, equipment, work processes, and services while performing work at customer properties.

Photographs and recordings may be used for legitimate business purposes, including educational, promotional, advertising, marketing, website, social media, and other business-related content published by Scoops Pooper Scoopers and our CRM partner Scoopify.

Our recordings are intended to feature our work, employees, equipment, techniques, and related business activities—not our customers or their personal information.

We will take reasonable steps to avoid publishing personally identifiable information or information that directly identifies a customer or service address.

Published content will not knowingly include customer names, street addresses, visible house numbers, license plates, identifiable images of customers or residents, or other information that we reasonably believe would directly identify a customer or their property. We do our best to cut all that out.

If you'd like to opt-out, send us an email at info@avscoops.com.

Scoops Pooper Scoopers will not knowingly or intentionally provide photographs, video recordings, or other content captured during the performance of our services to third parties for the purpose of training artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.
