Can I change my service day?
Our routes are predetermined and are not flexible to accommodate specific requests. We route for optimization of expenses and resources, so we can keep the cost as low as possible for you!
What if i need to skip a visit?
If you have to skip a visit due to schedule, accessibility, or any other reason, we don't mind! We will still charge for the skipped visit since we have to remove twice the amount on the next visit. If WE skip a visit, you better believe you're getting a discount!
How soon will my service begin?
We aim to have you added to the schedule within 3-7 days of you signing up. If you want to schedule initial clean for a specific date, we're happy to accommodate!
What happens during bad weather?
We try to scoop through most conditions, but if the weather prevents us from coming by we'll catch up on everything the following visit.
How do I prepare for service?
Please ensure that your yard is accessible and that any gates are unlocked. If you have pets, ensure they are safely secured inside or in a separate area.
Do I need to be home during the service?
No, you don't need to be present as long as we have access to the service area. If there are any special instructions or if you prefer to be present, just let us know.
How do I make payments?
We bill on the 1st of every month for upcoming service. Payments can be easily made online via our secure payment provider! We accept debit, credit, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We do not accept Zelle or Venmo.
What if I'm not satisfied with the service provided?
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee! If unsatisfied with your scoop for any reason, let us know within 24 hours and we'll come out to grab anything we missed.
Do you offer any referral discounts?
We have an affiliate program designed to blow your mind. With affiliate tiers, you can earn money for referrals, and even earn free service if you spread the word to enough people! Ask us about how to enroll and we can get you signed up as well!
Do you have any fees?
We only have two fees: late fees and startup fees.
If you do not cover your balance by the 3rd of the month, a $25 late fee will be added to your invoice.
If not paid by the 14th, your service will be cancelled and you will have to cover your entire invoice, late fee, and initial clean fee ($10/bag) in order to restart service.
If invoice is late longer than 30 days, we will cancel service and happily refer you to any other scoopers in the area.
